  11.  We have a pool of 4 USR Courier modems, to receive incoming connections.

  13.  They work fine, and accept connections for -almost- every modem, but,
  14.  and this is the problem, some modems (of many different brands) seems
  15.  unable to establish a connection with the Couriers, and always returns the
  16.  "NO CARRIER" message after some dialog. Note that these modems (most of
  17.  them 14400 bauds modems) works fine when connecting with other providers.

  19.  We buy the Couriers hoping to avoid these compatibility problems, and
  20.  still I am not sure that this is not a configuration problem. Anyone
  21.  has any idea?.
